Al-Furqaan
About us:
Al-Furqan, initially named the Muslim Study Group, was founded on October 2, 1989, by Zahida Hussain. It began as a small initiative in Birmingham, aiming to provide education that combines the National Curriculum with Islamic teachings. Starting with just four children, the school has grown and faced numerous challenges and changes, including relocations and reconstituting from the Muslim Study Group to Al-Furqan School. The primary section became known as Al-Furqan Primary School, and the secondary for girls as Al-Furqan Community College. Over time, it has garnered several awards for educational standards and continues to be a proud and growing family.
