About us:
Austin Friars is a coeducational private day school located in Carlisle, England. It offers secondary education for boys and girls aged 11–18 and has a junior school for children aged 4–11, as well as a nursery for children aged 3–4. Founded in 1951 by the Augustinian friars, the school is part of a network of Augustinian schools worldwide and welcomes pupils of all denominations. In 2003, Austin Friars merged with St Monica's, a coeducational junior school, and now operates as a trust, maintaining its Catholic ethos and religious character.
