Charterhouse Square School
About us:
Charterhouse Square School, established in 1985 by Jamie Malden, is an independent, non-selective, co-educational day school for children aged 3 to 11. Located in the Barbican area of the City of London, it has around 250 students. The school occupies a five-story Victorian building near Charterhouse Square, close to the site of a former Carthusian monastery. It is a member of Cognita Schools, a group of independent schools in the UK and overseas, and is not affiliated with the public boarding school Charterhouse School in Surrey. The school's curriculum, rated as "outstanding" by Ofsted, prepares students for entry into leading independent schools in London. Classrooms are color-coded by age and ability, rather than class, to facilitate learning. For more detailed information, you can visit the school's official website.
