UDesign Learn Kids Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using UDesign Learn Kids (“the Platform”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Platform and its services. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Offered

1.1 UDesign Learn Kids offers online learning services to children between years 3 and year 13, including 11+, 13+, 14+, common entrance exams, SATS, GCSE, and A-levels.

1.2 The services provided by UDesign Learn Kids include, but are not limited to:

a. Online platform that tracks individual progress to a granular level.

b. Ability for parents to set student homework and tests.

c. Provision of tests for students with due dates.

d. Homework services and checking sessions to assess the student’s need for help.

e. Individual weekly reports with next steps.

f. Option to book a tutor for one-to-one tutoring sessions.

g. Learning, reviewing, and studying materials. h. Preparation for exam dates.

i. Personalised training based on the child’s year, including recommended practice time. j. Exam coaching.

1.3 UDesign Learn Kids extends its services to both public and independent schools.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1 To access and use the Platform, you must be a registered user.

2.2 By registering on the Platform, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself or your child.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify UDesign Learn Kids immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

2.4 You acknowledge that the Platform and its services are for personal and non-commercial use. You may not use the Platform for any unauthorised purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

3. School Services

3.1 UDesign Learn Kids offers services to schools, including the following: a. Online platform that tracks individual student progress to a granular level. b. Ability for teachers to set student homework and tests with due dates.

3.2 UDesign Learn Kids provides free services to students on free meals.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content and materials made available on the Platform, encompassing, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive intellectual property of UDesign Learn Kids or its licensors. The protection of these intellectual property rights is of paramount importance to us. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall not, without obtaining the prior express written consent of UDesign Learn Kids, engage in any of the following activities with respect to the aforementioned content and materials:

a. Reproduce: You shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or replicate the content and materials, whether in whole or in part, by any means or in any form, without the explicit written permission of UDesign Learn Kids.

b. Distribute: You shall not distribute, share, transmit, disseminate, or make available the content and materials to any third party, including but not limited to uploading, posting, emailing, or otherwise transmitting the content and materials through any electronic, digital, or physical medium, without the prior written consent of UDesign Learn Kids.

c. Modify: You shall not modify, adapt, alter, or transform the content and materials, nor create derivative works based upon them, without obtaining the explicit written authorisation of UDesign Learn Kids.

d. Unauthorised Use: You shall not engage in any unauthorised use of the content and materials, including, but not limited to, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of any software contained within the Platform.

e. Intellectual Property Notice: You shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices included in the content and materials.

4.2 Any unauthorised use of the content and materials may constitute a violation of intellectual property laws and other applicable laws. UDesign Learn Kids reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity found to be in breach of these provisions.

4.3 In the event that you seek to obtain permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the content and materials, you may submit a written request to UDesign Learn Kids. 10.2 This Agreement supersedes and replaces any prior or contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written, between you and UDesign Learn Kids regarding the subject matter herein. Any other agreements, communications, or proposals, whether expressed orally or in writing, pertaining to the use of the Platform and its services are hereby expressly nullified and rendered of no effect.

You agree that you are an independent user of the Platform and that no fiduciary or confidential relationship exists or will be formed as a result of this Agreement.

By accessing and using the UDesign Learn Kids Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the provisions set forth in this comprehensive Agreement.
